I have been enjoying the Keto lifestyle for several years and I often get questions about what I eat, how I eat, why I choose Keto.  Often those questions evolve into much deeper, personal questions, far beyond macros and bacon.  I love that this lifestyle has given me the opportunity to get to know people and start a conversation that can transform not only their diet, but to realize their own ability to enjoy a life that they might not have previously thought possible.

I have been working with the Law of Attraction for several years, counseling and mentoring friends, colleagues, employees and businesses.  I have spoken and trained numerous corporate audiences from NAWBO, the California Association of Health Plans, Clubhouse and countless organizational trainings on the importance of culture, brand and self worth in the business environment.
